About me

A safe, grounded space for healing and support, shaped by lived experience and deep understanding.

My name is Misty, and everything I offer — healing, insight, creativity, and community care — comes from a life shaped by real experience, not theory. I’ve spent years learning how to hold space for others with gentleness, honesty, and compassion, while also honoring my own limits and humanity.

I live with ADHD, anxiety, and depression, which means I’ve had to rebuild myself more than once. I’ve learned how to move through the world at my own pace, how to rest without guilt, and how to support others without losing myself. That lived understanding is at the heart of my work. It’s why people feel safe with me. It’s why they feel seen.

My background includes Reiki Level II, Healing Touch Level 2C, massage training, dry and fire cupping, and years of intuitive spiritual practice. I’m also an artist and photographer — creativity is one of the ways I stay grounded and connected. Every piece of art, every reading, every session is offered with intention and care.

I can’t do everything. But I can create a space where people feel supported, understood, and welcomed — exactly as they are.

What is the burning desire within my soul?!? (Better known as My Mission:)

“To create a safe, grounded space for healing and support, shaped by lived experience, compassion, and deep understanding. I offer gentle guidance, creative expression, and energy‑based practices that help people feel seen, supported, and empowered as they move through their own journeys.”

Personal care items

Current Status

Help Me Help Others is currently in the development phase. We are working to secure the steady funding required to begin offering direct support.

Why We Cannot Take Clients Yet

To ensure safety, consistency, and dignity for every person we serve, we must first establish a reliable flow of resources. Until we have a stable foundation, we are unable to accept clients.

Our Commitment

We are building a safe, structured, and sustainable support system. Once our programs are fully funded and ready to launch, we will update this page with information on how to request assistance.
